About us and our history!

We are two budding scientists constantly wondering and inquiring about the world. After encountering some difficulties in finding recent papers digestible by a younger audience, an idea was birthed, to start a blog that broke down interesting articles or facts into different levels of complexity so that it can be understood by even the youngest minds. Below is a short description of both of us!

Catriona Teo: Hey! I'm currently studying at Monash University. Although I have a mainly Science background, I have a strong passion for Literature. Of course, that doesn't hinder my learning about the fascinating intricacies of the world we live in. (Side note: I also love sushi or a good burger and fries!)

Gabrielle Ong: Hi! I recently graduated from the University of York with an honours in Psychology and am currently working as a Research Assistant. My interest lies in the brain (specifically the hippocampus) and memory. Other hobbies of mine include dance (I had competed in Street Dance competitions in the UK). However, with that said, that does not stop me from researching anything that piques my curiosity:)
